That's probably a good indication of how 2009 is going to be.  To put it mildly, we're in a major stage of transition and I can no longer be oblivious to it all.  It's time to figure things out, make a plan and determine how we'll make it all work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lance is now Deputy Schul for Jefferson County Sheriff's Department and will start his academy training Feb 2nd.  I'm now training at Anytime Fitness on County Line &amp;amp; Holly in the mornings but am considering other places near home for training in the afternoons or evenings.  I may even go back to working full time.  We'll see. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I guess I'm still in denial a bit!  Anyway, I guess for my friends' entertainment I will once again be keeping my food journal.  This could get ugly because I currently have 2 bottles of wine chilled and 2 more in the wine rack.  I'm really not one to give wine a chance to age.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will also be keeping my workout log here and invite you to keep me posted on your activity levels through comments or perhaps your own blog.
